How do Groundswell Health deals work and how do I participate?

Groundswell simple.  We require no complex or confusing agreements, contracts or commitments.  Just purchase the deals that you are interested in.  That’s it.

STEP  1) You simply click the “Purchase Now” button, register and place your order.

STEP  2) Once the deal meets its minimum # of purchases, then the deal “Kicks-In”.  You will receive an email notification voucher and that the order has been processed along with your receipt.  Note that many deals do not require a volume minimum to be effective. 

STEP  3) Your order gets shipped directly to you. (or emailed to you in the case of a gift card voucher type deal).

And don’t forget to tell your friends and colleagues. The power of Groundswell Health is in sharing amongst ourselves and getting others to participate.  The more we grow, the bigger the savings we all receive.  So please tell your friends about us via email, Facebook, Twitter (or even carrier pigeon).

  • What is your shipping policy and expected delivery time:  Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible, while saving you as much as possible. Groundswell Health usually ships via UPS or FEDEX Ground.  Our shipping methods allow us to offer the best possible deal savings to the entire Groundswell community.  In most cases you can expect to receive your order within one to four weeks after the deal has ended.  Please note that the actual shipping time will vary depending on the product, deal vendor as well as the particular deal offer.  We will always communicate to you upfront if a particular deal will involve shorter or longer than normal delivery periods.  When the deal is a redemption voucher, the voucher will be available for use as soon as the deal has tipped (meaning enough people have purchased to meet the deal minimum purchase requirements).
  • Are you an authorized dealer for these products? Absolutely.  We are an authorized dealer for each of our partner brands and everything we sell is 100% authentic.  All of the products we sell are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranties and guarantees.
  • How are you able to offer such low prices and great deals?   By banding together, we use the purchasing volume of our entire customer community to negotiate better pricing discounts from various vendors.  In many cases we are also able to find great deals on products when our vendor partners simply have too much, or excess inventory.  Additionally, because we are placing large volume orders once the deal is over, the product only has to be shipped one time and we do not have to pass on the high cost of stocking inventory to our customers.
  • How do I contact you if I have further questions?  The easiest and fastest way to contact us is to simply email us at support@groundswellhealth.com or you can always call us at (415) 326-3465.  However please note that as we grow our phones may sometimes be inundated during great deals, so if you get a voicemail please leave a message and we will reply very promptly.
  • Can I order over the telephone?   Definitely.  Although we are an web based company, you can feel free to call us at (415) 326-3465 to place your order or ask any questions.  If for some reason you get a voicemail, please leave a message and we will call you back promptly.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?   We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or Paypal.  All payment information is processed through a secure SSL connection portal to protect all of your sensitive information.
  • How do I Subscribe & Join the fun?   To subscribe/join you simply type your email address into the signup box at the top right of every page on our website.  You will then receive a confirmation email with a link that you will click on to confirm your desire to subscribe.   You can also click on the Facebook link at the top of every page and “Like” us or you can click on the Twitter link and “Follow” us.
  • How do I unsubscribe to your emails?   At the bottom of every email we send is a link titled “Unsubscribe”.  Simply click that link and follow the instructions.
